Q) What Warehouse Order Selector shifts are available?
A) Shift start times for the Order Selector role start at 6:00 pm, with an end time that varies based on when the work is finished.



Q) What is the pay range for the Warehouse Order Selector roles?
A) Our contractual rate for new hires is $20.00 per hour. After a new hire meets the performance targets for 6 consecutive weeks, the compensation moves to the Tier II wage of $27.25 per hour. Incentive programs can boost earnings to over $40.00 per hour.

A) With tenure, the Order Selector colleagues can bid on open roles that include Forklift Operator and loading of trucks. When we have Leadership openings, hiring from within is our preferred approach if we have a qualified candidate.
