More than $50 Billion in Annual Sales
Join us as an Outside Sales Representative and you’ll benefit from a comprehensive 7-week blended learning program that consists of virtual learning, classroom, and field experience which requires 3 non-consecutive weeks of travel. After advancing from the 7-week program, new Outside Sales Reps engage in approximately 10 weeks of local hands-on field training before being assigned a sales territory.
Sara came from the concrete and asphalt industry, where she was a sales force of one to Sysco where she now enjoys all the resources and support of an industry leader. When asked what else she likes about her job, she quickly points to the flexibility and the direct correlation between her work ethic and income.

Donnie has achieved a lot here in a relatively short time. Despite having no sales experience (he was a high school teacher previously), Donnie has been named Rookie of the Year, Marketing Associate of the Month, and won Chairman’s Club honors for outstanding sales performance four times in his five years with the company.
