Job Profile Summary Performs a variety of administrative functions in support of the Distribution and Transportation departments. Supports Distribution Center leadership by coordinating office services, operational reporting, records control, systems administration, onboarding support, compliance documentation, and special administrative projects, as described in the essential duties.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
High School Diploma or GED and 3+ years of applicable experience working in an administrative role within a warehouse, transportation, or operational environment.
Solid understanding of basic computer operations and warehouse support systems.
Intermediate computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to problem solve, multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and time management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred:
Experience supporting union environments and familiarity with collective bargaining agreements.
Essential Duties:
Assist in the preparation and completion of daily operational reports, including productivity, attendance, and quality metrics.
Support the daily administration and data entry within the Blue Yonder warehouse management system to ensure accurate and timely operational recordkeeping.
Process departmental vouching and invoicing in accordance with company procedures to ensure accurate billing and financial reconciliation.
Provide administrative support to the Transportation department, including daily reporting, research requests, and phone support.
Provide clerical and administrative support to Distribution Center leadership for both the Westampton, NJ and future site distribution locations, as applicable.
Monitor and maintain departmental office supply inventory and coordinate ordering to ensure operational continuity.
Support onboarding activities for new colleagues, including coordination of video training and self-directed learning requirements.
Assist with password issuance and re-issuance for company systems and personnel programs.
Maintain and periodically audit safety reports and training related regulatory compliance documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.
Provide day-to-day support to colleagues experiencing systems access issues, ensuring appropriate troubleshooting or escalation.
Digitize and maintain personnel records in alignment with company record retention policies and compliance requirements.
Support team engagement initiatives and employee relations activities, as needed.
Assist with the setup and ongoing maintenance of service vendor information and documentation.
Administer and manage facility access credentials and related access control systems in accordance with company policy.
Perform additional duties to support business and operational needs.
