Job Profile Summary Responsible for maintaining the organization's facilities and grounds in clean and orderly condition, in accordance with the company's standards. Activities include: • Cleaning/sanitation of company facilities, including custodial work, dishwashing and laundry services. • Maintaining grounds, including gardening and the general repair and maintenance of those grounds. • Upkeep and organization of parking areas, including valet services, on company grounds. • Positions for laundry and linen administration within specific industries such as hospitality and healthcare are included.

Sun - Thu 6pm-5am, OT only as needed

SUMMARY

Responsible for sanitation in the Operations area and minor maintenance tasks throughout the facility.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Complete “Janitorial Duties Check List” tasks daily.
  • Utilize/monitor trash compactor and advise DC Supervisor when full.
  • Utilize warehouse scrubber machine when available.
  • Change light bulbs in warehouse and office.
  • Other cleaning duties as assigned.
  • Other maintenance and repair items as assigned and qualified.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirement

  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must work independently with minimal supervision and have strong attention to details.
