Job Summary:

The Manager, Sales Strategy & Analytics is responsible for …

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • High level of focus on top CMU customers

  • Support the planning and development of strategic projects relating to the growth initiatives

  • Provide project management support, and objective analysis and decision support on special projects

  • Act as liaison for relevant critical initiatives, and help develop and measure implementation plans to ensure the right level of focus and accountability (direct BT contact)

  • Provide strategic insights and customized analytics to support the sales teams (National and Local levels)

  • Data maintenance & Reporting Requests

Education Required:

Bachelor’s Degree or Higher

Experience Preferred:

5+ Years in similar role

Technical Skills and Abilities:

  • Solid analytical problem-solving skills, including familiarity with analyzing reports & deriving insights from data.

  • Advanced knowledge in Excel and data manipulation.

  • Learn quickly when facing new challenges; thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexible; readily accepts change; open to new ideas.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with internal and external teams.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills including the ability to execute multiple initiatives at the same time.

  • Proactive, self-directed, with the ability to structure a weekly schedule to be successful.
