Job Profile Summary Sr. Finance Analyst – Technology Finance plays a key role in partnering with Technology teams to drive financial planning, operational insights, and strategic decision-making. This role provides financial analysis, budgeting support, cost optimization recommendations, and performance reporting to ensure the Technology organization can invest effectively while meeting financial targets.

Sr. Finance Analyst – Technology Finance plays a key role in partnering with Technology teams to drive financial planning, operational insights, and strategic decision-making. This role provides financial analysis, budgeting support, cost optimization recommendations, and performance reporting to ensure the Technology organization can invest effectively while meeting financial targets.
Responsibilities:
Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning for Technology departments.
Develop and maintain financial models that project costs, resource needs, capital expenditures, and ROI for Technology initiatives.
Track variances between actuals and forecast; provide insights to explain trends and drivers.
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for Tech leadership and FP&A stakeholders.
Review and analyze IT project Statement of Work, business cases, and software investment to identify cost-savings opportunities and efficiency improvements.
Present financial insights, risks, and opportunities to drive fact-based decisions.
Identify opportunities to streamline finance–tech processes and enhance data quality
Support Month-end Accounting Close
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required; master’s degree preferred. Specialization in Accounting, Business, or Finance is required
- Minimum at least 5 years of work experience in a corporate setting, with emphasis on areas such as reporting development, financial planning and analysis, business analytics, and financial modeling
- Experience with SAP BPC and Workday is preferred
- Able to perform quantitative analysis using appropriate analytical tools. Requires expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel to develop and troubleshoot reports
- Strong communication skills, able to independently structure and develop PowerPoint presentations and other business documents for executive audiences
