The Senior Manager of Sales Enablement will join a teamresponsible for enablingone of the largest sales organizations in North America through industry-leading best practices and tools. This role is accountable for the creation, development, delivery, and evolution of enablement programs and tools that enhance frontline execution of sales processes. Success in this role requiresdeepunderstanding of sales processes, sales systems, and innovative enablement solutions.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales leaders to define solutions for enterprise-wide sales initiatives,impacting6,000+ frontline sales associates, leaders, and support professionals.
Work cross-functionally with sales leadership, technology, marketing, analytics, customer experience, and training teams to develop and execute solutions.
Develop, execute, and iterate on concept tests todeterminethe viability ofnew programsand deliver new capabilities.
Construct business cases for solutions with clear ROI roadmaps.
Develop key metricsindicatingsuccess, including leading and lagging indicators.
Create change management strategies and plans to drive faster adoption, higherutilization, andproficiencyof solutions and tools.
Identifyand structure the ecosystem of enabling technologies by sales roles; evaluate fit/gap of technologiesrequiredto enable sales solutions.
Drive continuous innovation in enablement programs and tools to enhance overall experience and excellence across sales and support teams.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business or technologypreferred
Experience
7+ years of professional work experience in a related discipline (e.g., sales business, functional, or support role), OR
3+ years in a professional services organization withdemonstratedsales function experience.
2+ years of experience working with Salesforce or other CRM technologies.
Expert in MS Office Suite.
Experience implementing technologies; CRM experience preferred.

Work Environment
Can be remote within the U.S.
Mustbe able to travel to Sysco facilities or operating companies; up to 25%travelmay berequired.
