JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Manager of Asset Management and Field Support will lead a team of professionals dedicated to the daily management of Sysco operating company maintenance operations in the areas of fleet, facility, material handling, and beverage assets. Additional responsibilities of this team include monitoring maintenance performance related to all Sysco assets within Supply Chain, assisting in executing best practices based on Maintenance Strategy in order to increase uptime and reduce overall expenses, executing on maintenance and purchasing policies, training operating company maintenance staff on procedures and systems, assessing process compliance at operating company through site visits and other means, communicating relevant findings and information to maintenance operations to identify potential benefit areas, among other assigned duties. This position will work with the operating company and GSC maintenance and operations teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides leadership and facilitate change for a team of direct reports, including performance coaching, skill and talent development, support, and concerns and issues resolution
Maintain and manage Sysco's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), which includes master data management (MDM), preventive and corrective maintenance processes, purchasing, parts, inventory, and warranty
Responsible for Sysco's Fuel Management System (FMS) and includes managing fueling practices, training, contracts, system adoption, and data integrity and integration to CMMS and other maintenance systems
Promote and champion system awareness, adoption, and compliance through site visits, meetings, and training programs to ensure data accuracy and completeness
Provide field maintenance and customer support for all Sysco maintenance operations
Analyze and monitor performance related to maintenance assets and assist in executing best practices based on maintenance strategies to increase uptime, reduce expenses, and drive efficiencies
Collaborate with operating company maintenance staff, Market and operating company Fleet and Facility Directors, and Market Vice Presidents of Operations (MVPO) to assist in the implementation and execution of maintenance processes, procedures, and policies
Staff, align, and partner Field Maintenance Support Analysts with GSC Fleet and Facility Directors to help support and achieve Sysco's Business Objectives (SBOs) for the maintenance organization
Education Required:
Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree or 7 years related work experience
Experience Required:
5-years previous EAM/CMMS experience (SAP, Maximo, INFOR, Dematic Sprocket, etc.)
Experience Preferred:
7-10 years Sysco company experience or 12-15 years' experience in related position
Tableau, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems
Licenses/Certification Required:
CMMS technical and business configuration experience and administration
Basic understanding of web services and systems integration
Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Word, and SharePoint)
Technical Skills and Abilities:
Effective interpersonal and communication (oral, written, and listening) skills
Ability to interpret and apply a variety of policies, procedures, and/or precedents to resolve diverse issues and make effective decisions
Able to research information, analyze data, to arrive at valid conclusions, recommendations, plans of action
Aptitude to prepare reports and present ideas clearly and concisely to all levels of the organization - corporate and site - both orally and written
Ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining a good working relationship with both internal and external company personnel with emphasis on diversity and inclusion to foster creativity and innovation
Ability to lead projects, manage external resources, and develop project plans
