Job Profile Summary The Senior Analyst, Specialty Sales Technology will be a part of our Specialty Sales COE team to support our Specialty companies in the maintenance and improvement of current systems, assist in developing new tools and processes, and enabling success through strong field readiness and engagement. This role will work very closely with field teams to assist with user/territory setup, identify and document technology issues, , conduct training sessions based on field needs and help our teams learn how to use our tools and processes more effectively.

Description

The Senior Analyst, Specialty Sales Technology will be a part of our Specialty Sales COE team to support our Specialty companies in the maintenance and improvement of current systems, assist in developing new tools and processes, and enabling success through strong field readiness and engagement.  This role will work very closely with field teams to assist with user/territory setup, identify and document technology issues, , conduct training sessions based on field needs and help our teams learn how to use our tools and processes more effectively.

50% Drive revenue growth through focus on developing, maintaining and recommending improvements to CRM capabilities, data structure, processes and future technologies

10% Collaborate with Business Unit leadership to understand and prioritize needs in order to exceed plan objectives

30% Salesforce administration (account and territory management, user setup and management, troubleshooting, solving)

10% Conduct Field facing interactions to garner feedback and provide support

Education Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field or equivalent job experience.  

Experience Required:
3+ years of progressive experience working in a project, results-driven role, or sales management.
Experience Preferred:
3+ years’ relevant experience 
o    Previous foodservice experience 
o    Strong knowledge and experience using Salesforce.com
o    Experience leveraging Salesforce, Confluence and Jira to support deployment processes and objectives

Skills and Abilities:

o    Proficiency in our tech stack: Salesforce, Excel, Adobe, Tableau
o    Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations
o    Ability to work cross functionally with Deployment and technology partners to define and document requirements, gain alignment, and ensure understanding
o    Ability to explain complex business and transactional processes in terms that can be readily understood by both technical and non-technical individuals
o    Ability to maintain deadlines and prioritize workload across multiple projects while producing high quality results
o    Strong interpersonal, relationship building, and partnership building skills. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with all level of management and staff.
o    Possesses a high level of problem-solving skills
o    Thinks and acts proactively rather than reactively and proactively brainstorms and proposes optimization solutions
Flexible; readily accepts new changes and is open to new ideas
