This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving financial targets within the market. The Market President collaborates closely with OpCo Presidents, regional leadership, and corporate functions to ensure alignment with Sysco's overall strategy while addressing the specific needs of the market. Responsibilities o Operational Performance Management: Oversee the operational performance of multiple OpCos within the market, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, warehousing, transportation, delivery, supply chain, and facility maintenance. Identify trends, benchmark performance, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement. o Customer Experience and Service Levels: Drive consistent and high levels of customer satisfaction across the market by optimizing service levels, delivery performance, and order accuracy. Monitor customer feedback, address market-wide service issues, and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience. o Collaboration and Communication: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between OpCo Presidents, regional leadership, and corporate functions. Ensure alignment on strategic priorities, operational initiatives, and performance targets. o Resource Optimization and Allocation: Optimize resource allocation across the market, including personnel, equipment, and technology.
