Description of Responsibilities:

  • Acts as an senior-level integrator for a specific Operating Company site through the standard deployment cycle as they prepare for deployment
  • Leads multiple cross-functional deployment support teams of approximately 10-14 individuals (in addition to 3rd party deployment teams)  at Operating Companies during training, final preparation, cutover, HyperCare and stabilization within the ERP environment
  • Ensures onsite resources are scheduled to provide adequate staffing coverage and support for cutover events
  • Directs onsite leads that support training and cutover activities
  • Facilitates the execution and support of deployment activities for all functional areas across Operating Company associates, BT, SBS, Corporate, and the Pay-it-Forward (PIF) teams
  • Ensures Operating Company associates and deployment  team members execute properly on data preparation, data validation and data ownership
  • Coaches deployment team members on skill development
  • Reviews cutover execution plans and playbook materials for all functional areas to ensure material is relevant to the target company
  • Build relationships with Operating Company leadership and Process Readiness Leads (PRLs)
  • Leads daily deployment debrief sessions for the onsite deployment teams, including 3rd party teams
  • Provides status updates to project deployment and Operating Company leadership, including periodic executive updates
  • Assists in escalating defects, issues, and incidents
  • Manages the approved gap list through completion
  • Coordinates issue resolution with Subject Matter Experts (SME)
  • Identifies Operating Company associate knowledge gaps
  • Facilitates and organizes additional coaching/training activities for Operating Company associates
  • Facilitates lessons learned for each phase of the deployment and implements recommendations for improvement
  • Other activites as deemed necessary and directed by deployment leadership
     

 

Educational  Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.  In lieu of degree one of the below prerequisites would be required:
    • High School Diploma + 7 years of experience in the field
    • 2-year Associate’s Degree + 3 years of experience in the same field
    • 2 years of education toward a Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of experience in the same field.

 

Required Minimum Experience

  • 3-5 years of Sysco, SSMG or equivalent industry experience in the assigned functional area(s)
  • 7+ Years of progressive, relevant leadership experience
  • 1 year of field deployment experience (concurrent with above requirements)
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
