OVERVIEW:
Responsible for overseeing and managing the operations departments including delivery, warehouse, building maintenance and sanitation, fleet maintenance and related office personnel.

Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.

Strategically adjust department activities, policies and practices to meet or exceed key performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals.

Oversee budget management including labor, benefits, supplies, company assets, capital investments, depreciation and maintenance and repair.

Analyzes, identifies and proposes action to the solution of problems with the operation of the division departments in an effort to increase the effectiveness of the operation..

Serves as a division spokesman in cases of inquiry, feedback or requests for special information in order to facilitate the accurate and precise flow of information.

Provides assistance in the solicitation of new or prospective business by participating in company meetings and any other market activities to foster the companies recognition within the business community.
