Brief Description of Job:

Interacts with Customers and Sales staff assisting them with their business needs.  Receives and processes orders and related information into computer system.

 

Requirements:

(Including ADA physical and educational requirements)

 

Two to three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Handles calls concerning product, billing or service rendered, either directly or refers complaints or service failures to designated departments for investigation.  Investigates and resolves customer problems with deliveries.

 

Builds and maintains customer relationships.

 

Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.

 

Works with outside sales representatives to keep account activities and literature up to date.
