POSITION SUMMARY:

The CRM Senior Analyst brings specialized sales expertise to design and deploy innovative sales solutions that drive value across the entire sales cycle, with specific focus on enabling sales to make plan. He/She will work closely with counterparts in Operating Companies, Corporate, Business Technology and 3rd parties to align people, process and technology initiatives with Sysco's sales strategy and business needs. In addition, the Senior Business Analyst will work at strategic and tactical levels of the business as they leverage sales technologies, processes and capabilities to meet or exceed plan.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate exercises to gather and document business and process requirements and flows. Facilitate design sessions, workflow analysis, gap analysis, user story building exercises.
  • Research information and analyze data to arrive at valid conclusions, recommendations and/or plans of action.
  • Participate in solution reviews and showcases to ensure build will meet expectations. Develop and create customized reports and dashboards that provide insight to key performance indicators. Build test cases and execute solution and end to end testing. Facilitate user acceptance testing exercises with power users and/or field representatives.
  • Execute planned tasks to ensure the successful deployment of solutions. Collaborate with solution owners to create and maintain communication materials. Conduct solution reviews in person, via web conferencing and recorded presentations. Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, protocols, and help-related materials for users as applications or capabilities are developed.
  • Build expertise to function as a business system administrator. Work with teams to identify and resolve issues. Keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements. Act as the primary point of contact for advanced support on key sales capabilities and features. Provide hyper-care support post deployment to work through initial set of business or process issues. Regularly interact with stakeholders to monitor feedback, resolve issues and solve business challenges.
  • Periodically run data maintenance procedures to enhance data integrity and system functionality. Stay current with the periodic Salesforce releases and leverage the updates applicable to the ORG. Monitor issue trends and user feedback to facilitate improvements.
  • Analyze existing processes and make recommendations to better streamline within Salesforce. Analyze sales applications to identify pain points or challenges. Review strategic business objectives and ideate on solutions that will help the business achieve

Education and / or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree. Focus in business considered a strong plus. Equivalent business experience will be considered in lieu of education on a case-by-case basis.

2-3 years of project-based experience dealing with project timelines, time-bound deliverables, and business enabling technologies. 2-3 years of experience in a sales business, functional or support type role.
