Basic Job Concept:

The National Marketing Designer is an innovative, out-of-the-box thinker who can conceptualize and own multiple projects to completion with advanced organizational skills. Supporting our 23 companies through consistent design while regularly analyzing results for improvement.  This position enhances the FreshPoint marketing team’s ability to be responsive to our customers’ needs through fast track strategy, marketing campaigns and overall great design. The National Marketing Designer is proactive and self-directed, yet able to work as part of a close-knit team in Orlando, Florida.

Educational Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and Web, Communication Arts or related field preferred


Experience Requirements:

  1. 5 years graphic design, web design and branding
  2. (Will be required to submit a Portfolio of compelling design work including infographics, iconography, logos, and effective e-mail campaigns


Specific Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
  2. Design, develop, execute, and analyze campaigns that support the local marketing plan/programs and complement the national plan/programs through print and digital collateral
  3. Create web site design concepts, mock-ups, and style guides
  4. Understand the various customer and vendor/grower segments in the market and develop campaigns to effectively target those customer groups
  5. Develop and edit personalized content/copy for the targeted customer groups/segments locally and nationally
  6. Ensure all company locations have access to marketing resources and tools
  7. Maintain brand standards and integrity within all designs and coach our OpCo’s when needed
  8. Present creative concepts clearly and confidently in front of internal stakeholders
  9. Create visual assets including: icons, illustrations, images, animations and user interface elements
  10. Develop and create cohesive collateral that portrays the theme, message and promotional material using language, style and graphics appropriate for the desired audience (Customer and vendor/growers)
  11. Design, develop, execute, and analyze campaigns that support the local marketing plan/programs and complement the national plan/programs through print and digital collateral

  1. Advanced skills with Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
  2. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  3. General website design, construction, and maintenance skills
  4. Ability to meet pressing deadlines and work well under pressure
  5. Ability to mock up proofs through Composition, Layout, Pre-press Skills
  6. Effective written/oral communication skills
