The Sr. Analyst, Supplier Compliance is responsible for initiating and managing various supplier compliance initiatives for redistribution and for conducting and leading analysis and cross-team projects yielding increased operational efficiencies. The Sr. Analyst, Supplier Compliance will be required to lead projects with a group of Supplier Compliance Analysts to implement and measure identified supplier compliance solutions.  This individual will work with personnel from the RDCs, Forward Warehouse, Supply Management, Inventory Management, Category Management, Sourcing, and Suppliers.



  • Serve as business matter expert in the evaluation and preparation of suppliers for the Redistribution Network
  • Lead and manage a group of Supplier Compliance Analysts assigning and monitoring their activities:
    • Supplier onboarding activities into the Redistribution Network
      • Data analysis and accuracy
      • Electronic data requirements
      • Operational handling requirements
      • Pallet platform requirements
    • Drive, measure and report compliance to suppliers and internal functional cross teams through weekly, monthly, and annual score carding
    • Serve as the point of contact for the Redistribution Network to engage suppliers to resolve non-compliance activities developing improvement plans when necessary
  • Develop and maintain successful relationships with suppliers at all levels of the organization
  • Diagnose supplier operational performance and drive optimized solutions
  • Develop, implement and document new processes and procedures for more efficient data collection and analysis
  • Develop processes and methods for implementing recommended supplier compliance solutions
  • Develop and manage the activities for the execution of identified initiatives to improve operational costs
  • Facilitate collaborative meetings with key stakeholders including internal Sysco departments, suppliers, carriers and Operating Company personnel
  • Make business recommendations based on analysis results
  • Responsible to train new Supplier Compliance Analysts



  • Undergraduate degree required
  • 2 - 3 years of business experience in a Supply Chain position such as warehouse operations, transportation, or procurement.  The undergraduate requirement may be waived for individuals with 4-6 years of Sysco supply chain experience
  • Strong analytical skills including demonstrated skills in Excel and MS Access
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and resulting financial impact
  • Must be highly organized, be able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to write concise and complete memos, procedural documentation and emails
  • Ability and demonstrated experience in giving presentations to small and large groups
