Job Summary:

This position will work cross-functionally across sales, merchandising, pricing, and revenue management, with the primary objective of enabling sales leadership to make effective and analytically driven decisions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The primary responsibility for this position is to provide insights and analytics to support the sales organization
- Create & execute scheduled reporting: weekly, biweekly, ad hoc reports
- Extract large data sets to forecast, model business decisions, and conduct strategic analysis to support the organization
- Maintains reports tracking standardized sales process, KPIs, dashboards
- Identifying the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability
- Work with business owners to identify information needs and develop reporting
- Create reports of performance and success, pointing out areas in need of improvement and making recommendations
- Design new data collection models to better collect information
Education Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5 years’ experience managing and analyzing large data sets
Experience Required:
- 2+ years in a professional analytical role
Experience Preferred:
- Proven background in performing data mining, analysis, and reporting
Technical Skills and Abilities:
- Solid analytical problem-solving skills, including familiarity with analyzing reports & deriving insights from data
- Advanced knowledge in Excel and data manipulation
- Learn quickly when facing new challenges; thrives on fast-paced environment
- Flexible; readily accepts change; open to new ideas
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability effectively communicate with internal and external teams
- Excellent organizational and project management skills including the ability to execute multiple initiatives at the same time
- Proactive, self-directed, with the ability to structure a weekly schedule to be successful
