Hybrid Role: In-office Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Work from home on Thursday and Friday.
JOB SUMMARY
Under general supervision implement the organization's compensation programs following established standards and policies so these programs are administered effectively and in accordance with the organization's reward strategy.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer the company's compensation programs in accordance with established policies so that employees receive the appropriate compensation for their position.
- Utilize advanced tools and methodologies including market surveys, benchmarking studies, and internal salary data to conduct complex job evaluations.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to establish competitive salary ranges for new hires, promotions, and internal transfers, and provide guidance to ensure alignment with market trends and internal equity principles.
- Partner with senior leadership to design and implement compensation programs, including base pay structures, incentive plans, and recognition programs, that support organizational objectives.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports, presentations, and executive summaries to communicate compensation analysis findings, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in compensation and provide thought leadership to drive continuous improvement and innovation in compensation strategies and processes.

REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
- 2 - 4 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related field.
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Relevant certification (e.g., CCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR TECHNICAL SKILLS:
To be successful in this position, the individual performing the duties must successfully demonstrate the following competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools is required. Experience with advanced compensation survey platforms such as MarketPay and HRIS systems like Workday is highly desirable.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

This position must be performed from the corporate office facility based in Houston, Texas.
